We offer free shipping on all kennel orders within the United States. For international customers, please contact us for a personalized shipping quote. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new condition. To initiate a return, please include your name, shipping address, phone, email, order number, invoice/receipt, and return/refund request. A 20% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for returns.
